Welcome to the NOURISH Movement Studio!
Here, you will find an approach to wellness that embodies mindfulness, welcomes a sense of curiosity, and restorative & slow yoga practices to help balance the busy-ness and constant stimulation of life around us.
You will also find a smathering of video love notes, or nourishment practices, to help boost your energy, immune system, and calm your nervous system. These are "SOS" practices that I've found personally helpful in creating more balance and ease in my life. I hope that they do the same for you.
There are over 100 pre-recorded classes to choose from in the Membership media library, with new classes being added each month. Receive a FREE 7-Day Trial in both the Monthly and Annual Memberships to see if we're a good fit for each other.
You will also find a variety of stand-alone Class Bundles and a Virtual Mini-Retreat that are available separate of the membership.
It's my hope that these soul-nourishing practices help to bring more ease and joy into your body and into your life. I look forward to "seeing" you on the mat!

Heather has long been drawn to yoga as a healing path. Her playful personality infuses her teaching through these slow yoga practices and movement explorations that draw upon her studies in restorative yoga, yoga + neuroscience, breath work, meditation, self regulation and resiliency. Her intention is to create an experience for her students that leaves the nervous system feeling calm and nourished, and awakens new possibilities within each of us to experience deeper peace and well being.
In her spare time, you’ll usually find Heather elbow deep in the kitchen sharing her love of cooking, going for long walks in the woods or having deep conversations with her plant babies as she discovers her newest love of gardening.
